Thank you for your information. BY RUTOBO GAME WORKS CO.LTD.
As you pointed out, DYNAMITE GO! GO! Was created only with webMSX.
I didn't know that only openMSX reproduced the behavior of TMS9918 very accurately.
I will verify it with openMSX in the future!
However, even if a modified version is made, it has nothing to do with D4's business, so it is unknown whether the version will be updated.
I've just started studying MSX, but I can't speak English, so it's difficult to know CHIP information.

Mr. Daemos is said to be "totally wrong", but that's not the case.
You are the only one who has clearly determined that there is a mix of non-PSG sounds. (I'm a little happy)
Some SEs are 1bit-DA sounds. Mr. Daemos' analysis is correct.

Have a fun MSX life! From RUTOBO GAME WORKS CO.LTD.

If possible, please relay these source fix instructions:
- Open source
- Find "OTIR"
- Replace with "OUTI" and "JR NZ,$-2"
- Repeat 10 more times
- Compile

Thank YOU for making such an impressive game.
Have you considered also doing a release on cartridge of the full game?

I made a quick and ugly patch to make it run on MSX

I've added a patched version of the .ROM on my downloadsite.

I played the patched version about 20 min (until level 4) on real MSX1. It seems work fine. Thank you NYYRIKKI!

Great game even if joystick support missing me.

The patch seems to work as well with the full game as it does with the demo version. Noticeably slower than on an MSX2, but still very playable.

Later stages in full version might suffer from graphics glitches... I would expect that as this is quite (unnecessary) big code blob in middle of ROM where I've just forwarded the original routines... I would be quite surprised if that area would be really free also in full version.

Very cool game, and very nice use of tiles and sprites!!! Great job!

The one thing that I'd change is that change of scrill direction when going down, as physically it does not make any sense haha (to make sense, enemies should remain locked to the scroll, and fly upward very fast when you go down). But other than that, it's very impressive!

It seems that plenty of people are irritated by these wrong physics... Personally I kind of like the idea.
For rest I can only say that luckily these physics are very easy to fix:
Just write 0,0 (two zeros) to ROM offset #7B5

(Ok, I partly agree... this makes crashing feel more realistic)

Other interesting video this time a Real Turbo R and both Nyyrikki Patches were used.

Youtube Video

I have noticed some kind of slowdown happen in some levels on Real TurboR A1ST 512KB.

The other thing I have also noticed when it is played using PC Emulator(OpenMSX 0.15) and USB Keyboard the Diagonal movements in main game is very bad.
