Sigh... Okay, here's the deal. I told the people that I would solve things and I will. There were 3 Deva units returned to me (last one arrived only last week) so now I can resend them. I wanted to do this last week but then I was suddenly pre-occupied with other urgent things like a grandmother that died at a blessed age of 103. No excuse, just an explanation. So today or tomorrow I will go to the post office and resend these 3 units and if anyone of these 3 customers rather want a refund instead of the game I will ofcourse do that.

Great to hear from you. I'm sorry about the passing of your grandmother. While 103 is an exceptional age, it always hurts to let some one go.
I hope things get solved, people really deserve the game cuz it's brilliant.

@valkire In part I agree with you, it is a shame, I have acquaintances who received the game and I know that it is very good. At the beginning of the year when I found out about the reissue, I paid the reservation on day 1, I was very excited, it happens that at this point in history I don't want any more problems, I had bad luck, I am the first to feel everything that happened, there are times that things go wrong and this time it's my turn.
My humble opinion I believe that these problems would have been avoided with something as simple as informing the buyers at a minimum and sending the shipments with a tracking number, surely everything would have gone much better.
