Here a Japanese professor who stayed in Mongol accounts that Russian model Yamaha MSXs with Cyrillic to type Mongolian were used in the university classes back in 1993. It's understandable given Mongol was Russia's satellite state. While this article has inaccuracies like Robotron 24 typewriter misunderstood as a computer, MSX part is quite precise so I think Mongol can be considered as one of the MSX using countries.
The article also mentions the Mongolian 80s Монел (Monel) computer of which I can find only Mongolian sources.
