A month ago, nine MSX games entered the MSXdev'11 arena to battle for the title. After a month of playing, testing and judging, the results are in.
- Zombie Incident (Nenefranz)
- Alter Ego (TNI)
- M-Tanks (Assembler)
- Jumping (Dimension Z)
- Mecha Eight (Óscar Toledo Gutiérrez)
- ExChess (Garlic Soft)
- KillMice (Andrea Gasparrini)
- Robots (Michel d’Alger)
- ZoneTNT (Andrea Gasparrini)
Especially among the top 3, the final scores sit closely together, a testament to this year's quality. Zombie Incident got a score of 86.67% and was the most original game with the best graphics and best music. Alter Ego won a score of 82% and was the most polished game featuring the best gameplay. Assembler, a new member of the MSX scene, won the third place with M-Tanks which scored 75.33%.
With that, MSXdev'11 turns out to be one of the better editions when we look at the quality of the games, it bodes well for the future! For now, Nenefranz, Sun, and our own John Hassink deserve a cheer and a beer for Zombie Incident!
