Nowind firmware 4.1

A new version of the Nowind firmware and PC host software is available. New in this version:

• MSX-DOS 1 and 2 now combined in the firmware (use -2 option to boot MSX-DOS 2)
• added: a more robust protocol (better error detection and correction)
• maximum speed at 7Mhz about 320kBps
• fixed: nwhostapp depended on BOTH libusb-win32 and ftd2xxx drivers being installed (dll not found at startup)
• fixed: MSX 1 detection
• fixed: -a option (accidentally broken)
• romdisk support at 360 kB (disk is included in firmware at compile time)
• faster firmware flashing (-g option)
• firmware flasher now detects missing romheader
• added: NIC.COM DOS utility to insert different disk images (included in romdisk)
