MSX Club Magazine's Peeks Pokes and Tricks books online

During the 80s and early 90s there was the Belgian/Dutch MSX Club Magazine. Their game articles editor compiled a total of 5 editions of game tip and cheat specials called "Het Grote MSX Peeks, Pokes en Truuks Boek" (The Big MSX Peeks, Pokes and Tricks Book). Thanks to these games dedicated specials there was room for all the tips and tricks ever published in the main magazine. On top of that there was finally room for all the huge maps which the subscribers drew and submitted.

MRC regular Manuel was informed by the original editor Wim Dewijngaert that he scanned these books and put them online on the MSX Club Magazine website.
Unfortunately for our international readers the scans are written in Dutch, but in general that shouldn't be a big problem.

The problem is that Wim only owns one single copy of each magazine, so he can't cut them fo rscanning...

Great! Thanks a lot. Those books were brilliant. I made an addition to the third edition by drawing maps for AVENGER and providing a little walk-through description. Thanks Wim.

So we should ask the community if anyone has doubles, so that they can be scanned. If we will collect them at the fair in Nijmegen then you can give them to Wim (or he can pick them up in Nijmegen). Should a seperate topic for this be opened?

Edit: BUT!
It has to be a legal action, I think... MCCM did it with all care and tact possible... Club Magazine deserves such a treatment as well... Maybe Frank H. could be involved? He can applaud it, but veto it as well... But at least it would've been done the right way I guess...

I have a great collection of scanned Msx magazins but only two issues of the Msx Club Magazine , the other issues that i have wil be scanned in the future .

Just found this news post via Wim's forum post about the Konami book he's writing. I'm so happy to have the Peeks, Pokes en Truuks books as PDF now. Just the layout of the pages bring back so many memories and browsing the books again really makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
