MSX turbo R game "Lost Word"

The MSX turbo R game "Lost Word" was presented at the Tokyo Game Show 2018. The game is being developed by Rabbit Soft Worker's. Apparently it will be the first of a saga, since on the title screen of the game you can read Episode I.

Reminds me of most the games we played in the 90's.

To me it looks like a variation on a musical game (stage or boss?) in that 2018 video with the vertical lines representing a note in those games but looks like an action here and each have a corresponding key to press.
The 2016 video is something completely different, like a maze wherein you navigate to reach the bosses, but hopefully an early version (seems a bit boring)
