We received a request from one of the editors of MSX Magazine 2, who is working on an article on MSX in Europe. MSX Magazine is currently looking for pictures that can be used in this magazine. The following scans of photo's are wanted:

  • A picture of the Philips/PTC MSX for PC card. If possible, one with an MSX cartridge connected to it. (Already submitted by Ivan Isidro, more pictures are welcome)
  • A picture of the Basicode flexdisk that was supplied with MCM 16. (Submitted by Mark Jelsma)
  • A scan of the cover of MCM, on which a Spectravideo robotarm grabs a toast out of the cartridge slot of a Sony HB-9P. MSX Magazine have already received permission from Wammes Witkop to use such a scan. (Already submitted by Hans Peeters)
  • A picture of a Philips NMS8280, if possible a close-up of the sliders in front of the case.
  • A screenshot of Hybrid (Submitted by Hans Peeters)
  • A screenshot of Ease

If you can make (or already have) a picture of these things please email them to msxmaga@msx.org. Keep in mind the quality of these pictures need to be high enough to allow printing in a magazine.

*** Update

We already received some images, updated the list so you can see what pictures are still wanted. Thank you very much already!

Yes, but they are probably mostly web suitable pictures, which means way too low resolution. It's gonna be printed in some glossy magazine. We need quality, Ro. Quality!
