About a month ago Viejo_Archivero announced working on a patch for Bomberman Special in this forum thread. Now you can not only enjoy the screenshots but play the game with the complete new look yourself as Viejo_Archivero has released an IPS patch for the game which is available at the MSX IPS Patch Archive.

For MSX an IPS Patch tool is available on the following locations:

IPS patch tools for other platforms can be found with any of the online search engines.

* PATCH UPDATED *

There was a terrible mistake in the IPS that causes the left position of Bomberman not to change. Now it's fixed *thanx goes to BiFi* so, if you downloaded the previous one, you must download again the patch in order to have the correct one. Sorry Smile
