Solid Snake, English - important update

More than 13 years since the last update of the Solid Snake - Metal Gear 2 English translation, initially done by Maarten ter Huurne and Takamichi Suzukawa, some useful improvements were made to the initial version; our MSX friend BiFi has kindly decided to continue doing updates. His latest effort was aimed at fixing some long standing issues. A few of the highlights include:

• fixed the graphic glitch with the plastic bomb
• properly centered all pop-up texts
• level 2 and level 3 kanji now translated
• changed Japanese punctuation to English standards
• many fixes in texts

Unfortunately, the disk version is discontinued, due to recent development of flash cartridges. An updated translation for the demo version is available as well. Both translations are released as IPS patches.
