Using MP3 Files from the Download Section for own Website

Hi, I have a question. My wife and me are still working on a webpage containing photos and films of our little Dog. That cutie dog is a Shiba Inu, a japanese dog , so I want to use MP3 Files containing MSX Music from this site in my webpage . It will be a private site, not a commercial one. My question: is it legal using MSX-MP3-Files from here on my webpage? For your answer I want to thank you in advance

And that's what it all comes down to - you need permission from the original composers to use it on your site. MRC only got permission to distribute on msx.org.

Thank you for the permission Jorito. And @snout: Thats the reason why I ask here, because I don't wanna make a mistake. The Composers call Meits, Jorito, Wolf, Bart, Mr. Rudy, Low Profile etc made great compositions and they had a lot of work with it. So when I use a free MP3 file I will inform the visitors of my page which composer made the song...
