Another question: I noticed that white colour with the composite signal is "uneven", its shades vary from very pale blue, greenish, yellowish.

it's NTSC. Never The Same Colour.

Not possible. There is no PAL. What the source calls PAL, is actually NTSC at 50Hz.

Anyway almost all modern TVs support PAL and NTSC...

Gullian: I am glad I am not the only one who's seen the colour distortion in the composite output. (S-Video and VGA are perfect)

Another question: How can I load megaroms on OCM? I tried loadrom, but it complained about a missing cartridge. Is there any other utility I can use?
