Note that ScapeGhost was never released on MSX. But the data file of another platform's release can be combined with the engine program of one of the last released games.

Is your interest just in CAS versions? Because I was recently browsing some DSK with compilation of text adventures converted to disk and the first 3 were there. It's a 10 disk compilation by MSX Nostalgia. Colossal is also there but not sure if is B variant or not. Just in case!
