@Proda: can you hit me an e-mail plz?
It should come in a SymbOS bundle of "standard" applications released with the OS
;-)
Artrag, your R800 raycasting stuff is still too good to be true.
Hah, yes this zDoom is so "small" that it could be included
Awesome job man, have you considered to join SymbOS discord channel to share this kind of stuff?
Great work! What about any sound effects, are those impossible to add?
Doom 1.0 for SymbOS has been released now:

Thanks again to NYYRIKKI for this cool port and of course many thanks to the original zDoom team for the great work.
Beside the new menus, colours etc. I did some optimizations regarding math and display routines (faster multiplications, unrolling some loops etc), but it's still not a fast game, if you don't have a TurboR.
Maybe (hopefully) it can still be improved. Sources are available (but look a little bit dirty, many guys worked on this :D ).

SymbOS still needs a sound daemon. Then it could be possible
This got published on indie retro news ^_^

I've added this Doom release to my online version of SymbOS. It's running in a fast TurboR so Doom runs nice & smooth :)
The intro screen and the menus are new! How cool!
How do I fire and change weapon ? Space seems to not work.
