Trouble with Final Fantasy on BlueMSX

Surprisingly, I do not need help starting the game... the game starts fine.

My problem is that when I reach the title screen and try to start a new game, it asks me to insert an empty disk and I can for the life of me not figure out how to do that... everything I have tried has been rejected.

I tried file>DiskA>Insert new disk, I tried to format the Disk on the MSX with call format but that didn't change anything and to be honest, I am flat-out of ideas.

Yes, I checked how big the disk is and how many layers it has btw, I didn't format just one layer.

You don't have to insert a new disk to start the game,
only if you continue and with the User Disk.

That worked! Thank you very much! Somehow I mistranslated Continue as start... odd.

That said, could I trouble you for a little help with the saving of the game? I probably could figure it out but it might legitimately take hours so you would save me a ton of time... and especially nerves.

P.S.: Would you happen to know if the Monk's magic defence growth was changed already or did they still use the 4-1 from the NES?
