I double checked #2 at Generation-MSX, it is Urotsuki Doji.

#1 is still a mystery to me. The kanji you listed doesn't give any matches on google.

#1 probably is Last Armageddon, since it's the subtitle of the game, not the producer. The producer is Brain Grey. The kanji (å¦–æ€ªå¤‰ç´€è¡Œ) are pronunciated as youkai hen kikou, by the way. I can't really figure out what a proper translation would be, as youkai means ghost/monster, hen means strange/transformation and kikou means travel.

Probably "The strange travel of a ghost", it must be some kind of a "road movie"
