I've played a crack when I was a teenager. But that time I didn't know it came with a mic, nor that I was missing something :S
Can you provide hi res pictures of everything (box front, box back, cart front, cart top (if interesting), microphone, manual) for GenMSX, please?

Damn! I had an idea for a game like this (where you had to shout on turbo-R mic to make the player jump) but never got to make it... now I'm curious to see what the gameplay is like
sd_snatcher: It runs on any emulator, but of course without the mic support. The game can be played with the keyboard alone - and I suspect the "shout" part is just to make the character shoot. 
(You can also shoot with space key...)
If it really is like that, I'll keep my idea in line... it's way more interactive to just control the game shouting then having to shout *and* move the player with the keyboard 
And I guess the mic is a proprietary solution (not even the turbo-R mic should work) - look at the joystick connector on the picture on top of the page...
