[Turbo-R]What is this ?

Today i opened up 1 of my Turbo-R machines an found some interesting molted block from checkmark in it.
Does some1 know what it is ?

Then there should be a stereo output somewhere as well for the sound. If any of these wires go to either sound or video outputs then it is an stereo thingy.

or a possible audio filter to kill general interferences of machine from fmpac output ...
