I'm new to the forum and looking to complete a full set of Gradius games across all systems. I'd REALLY like to get Nemesis 2 & 3 (both Japanese and PAL). I will pay VERY WELL for complete copies. Please let me know if you can help me locate them.
The cartridges are all the same, they got a region check. If you put it in a EU machine the txt will be in english. In a JAP machine they'll be japanese.

I was wondering about that. I'd actually prefer to have the english versions (box + manual) but I believe the computer I'm buying is Japanese (SONY HB F1XDJ). Is there any way to force the game into using one region or another regardless of the computer? I'm sorry but I'm still a newbie (obviously) with the MSX platform.

Afaik the region check, as Meits pointed out, is automatic. Not sure if you can trick your MSX2+ into thinking it's from another region.
Anyway, if you're still looking for these games, it's worth checking out eBay regularly too. There are 3 PAL copies of Nemesis 2 available for purchase right now:
