Just uploaded the first magazine: http://www.generation-msx.nl/publication/uitgeverij-herps/ms...
But don't like the interface of archive.org, also tried the beta version, but that version still misses some features and has bugs.

I didn't notice this thread before, but it's quite related. Like Manuel I'm also wondering about the disk magazines you could order from MSX Gids.
