If you want something reported, your best bet is to write a complete and GOOD newspost yourself and submit it, one that they can post right away without much editing, so including all the necessary info, working URL's and a relevant link at the bottom. But maybe you can ask the developer(s) first whether they have submitted a newspost already.

I've only helped a little, so I don't deserve that much credit 
I hope that Multipaint also do that with scanned drawings. Then I can coloring Anime. 
After googling, can someone explain me how to install this program on macos? I get it running but no icons.. I don't have a lot of knowledge of Mac.
