I'm absolutely shocked with the quality of that Space Manbow Battleship cover. That kind of stuff makes me want to quit making my own versions forever.

Did I comment on that already? Small point of critique: the snare does become a bit monotonous/stale (get the same feeling from e.g. Thunder Cross - First Attack (VRCVII Version))
Perhaps you could aim for bringing more liveliness into your drums? :)

@ren, you're totally right. I tried to follow the original drums both in Providence and First Attack, but it turns out the original drums were more subdued than what I used and it didn't occur to me to try and add more variety. Sometimes I get too hung up on trying to be faithful to the original and become afraid of being more adventurous and ruin everything, but I thank you for your constructive criticism and I'll try to make it better next time. 
I actually need to ingrain this lesson into my brain, since recently I worked on another project related to MSX Konami music and in that project I actually needed to do drums differently because, to be honest, it didn't sound great when I tried to blindly follow Konami's original arrangements. This particular project is not my own and it's also currently under wraps, but I hope I'll be able to tell you more about it in a couple months.

Never properly checked out his niconico content though..
Of course we also know him for the arranged OST of Zanac Ex enhanced by Victor and XPL-A. (Posting some links for reference.)
You also know he has a YT channel? His Space Harrier mini soundtrack is awesome (some of the best SH arrangements I ever heard) and def. checkout the Thunder Force V arrangement (that one is on niconico as well).
And I now also just discovered the YT channel of Ma2 yuki, some interesting OPLL arrangements there! (also on niconico) (looks like he uploads there first, and what's on YT may differ, e.g. the Hydlide 3 vid is a lot longer @ niconico).
