OpenMSX: some problems

That says to unzip the thing in share/systemroms, doesn't it?

ah ok many thanks! i unzipped in in systemroms. Now the 3 folders (machibnes, misc, extensions) are inside the systemroms folder.

Then in HARDWARE option i selected Panasonic FS-A1FX and then i load the ,dsk file. It appear a message that says that the disk is inserted. But then nothing happens...how i can run it?
