Guys, has anyone who had bought the HIC board kit from me, assembled and tested it so far? If yes, I would appreciate some feedback + info on what MSX machine(s) it was used. I am not going to release the sources until I know that it works properly on all compatible MSX models.

Not yet, first machine (HB-F1XD) will arrive with the next batch

So far all HIC boards were still repairable or just a capacitors replacement was needed.

Hello, it hasn't worked for me on the Sony XD, the black screen stays.

Is it a "no signal" black screen or black screen with proper video signal? Please send me the pictures of the assembled board from both sides and let's nail the problem down. Maybe it's something else that broke...

Hi Alexey,

We followed your recommendations, and found a poorly soldered transistor pin.
We have soldered it correctly and now it works very well.
