Yes, it is. As I understand that the WIKI is a complete autonomic (read:seperated) module for msx.org, the initialization behavior of new user accounts and uncontrolled. Has been discussed in the admin section. it REALLY is time for MRCnext (another topic in the admin section).

Please mod alert in stead of posting here. That draws attention.
For now there's not a lot we can do to prevent this from happening.
