...and here I always thought it was a pretty original game!

Well nope. It's not. Not at all!
See what I accidently found out, after all these years!

Look at this:

The first link also has "related" links to more actual gameplay from this game.

Main Character, weapons, power-ups... it's all exactly the same.

Even the music during the bossfight on the second link is the same as the music playing in the visual scenes in No Name!
(when you check out other levels, like level 1 (clicky), you'll find out that more of the music is taken from the 'original')

Ofcourse I immediately downloaded a PC98 emulator... let the fun begin!!!!!

By the way, it appears to be sort of admitted in the beginning of the Japanese promo version, which can be downloaded here:

I am sure that Bimbo starts freezing very soon, as she doesn´t have enough clothes to keep her warm. Maybe action helps a bit, but I still think she´ll be freezing.

Seeng the above does it mean that you found a copy of the game ? Is that the English version ?

I know the spanish version can be found on the net. However I'm stll interested in an English version. So If someone can hook me up with it then, please ?

That game actually never got a good change for the Dutch market. First launch it together with Princess Maker English, then second stop distribution of it very fast.

Well unfortunately, no, I don't have any (full) version of the game.
It seems like Barack Obama's private phone number is easier to get than a (legal or illegal) version of this game.
Have been looking for it years and years now; sometimes you start thinking the game was only in your imagination as hardly anyone seems ever to even have heard about it.

In have the (Japanese) promo version, which only has level 2 aboard:

But I remember most music from the game, as a friend of mine once had the complete English version; played the hell out of it back then (he didn't like the game himself).

I didn't find a complete copy in neither language. Not English, not Spanish, not Japanese.

I sent an email to takatemp@i.bekkoame.ne.jp
and asked if it's still available.

Wasn't it distributed by FutureDisk at some time?

By the way currently on #msx undernet. But it seems not much action there.
