Looks like something might have ended up as vaporware.
Way the go guys specially if it's some vaporware that caused the removal of some nice amateur product.

If Bazix had been able to keep the issues between the MSX Resource Center and Guyver separate from their function as Bazix, things would have been different. So, as the press release states, look at them if you have a problem with it. One just can't suddenly start to have objections against the main developer of a project. I can assure you none of us in TNI likes this decision.

Unfortunaly, MRC team can't accept critics, explanations that can relative exaggerated words and suggestions to try to solve an human problem on an human way. Just read this thread again :
http://www.msx.org/forumtopic4041.html
What happens now is the result of the ultra defensive attitude of MRC. They try to forget their own errors but always see the errors made by the people that disagree with some of their choices.
Of course, the MSX community must live with that. Let's hope that with or without a good solution between MRC and TNI, the MSX Revival will continue ....
Please continue the discussion, but let's get one fact straight: Bazix has never done any business with TNI whatsoever, and from what I understand from this "pressrelease" TNI is not willing to do so eiher.
-sigh-
It's that time again! From beyond the grave and back with a vengance...
Patriek Lesparre - Guyver800,
...ready to spoil all your fun. The guy is obviously frustrated with being kicked of the forum and is now playing other MSX-user out against eachother to damage the MRC. The guy was kicked out for a reason. This is just part of Guyver800's revengecampaign.
This is not an interesting announcement; it's PATHETIC!
-that's all I got to say, period-
I'm not so sure about that one based on Grauws' comments.
Hum, one can not develop when all motivation is gone, for given reasons. I’d say it is a good thing that clarity is being given on the status of the project, and it is nonsense to consider it a ‘revenge campaign’. But it seems Guyver can’t do anything right, in some people’s eyes.

I think it's a shame Patriek feels the need to seek public attention with all this again. As the former project manager of Guru Logic I have tried, after the MRC vs GuyveR800 conflict, to create a situation in which this ambitious, promising project could be finished after all. I decided to step out of the project, for the project's sake, giving GuyveR800 all opportunity to arrange the completion of the project (which was very close to completion) in a way he felt comfortable with. Unfortunately he chose to blame his lack of motivation on the conflict he had with the MRC. It is a shame, but I think there is very little that can be done about it anymore. With this we have lost the first (and largest) chance of releasing a new, commercial MSX game in the 21st century. Something the entire MSX community could have been proud of. (C64 eat your heart out!). It's a great loss to all of us.
As for the MRC part of it: I feel hurt by Mars2000you's words, stating that the MRC can not take critics. You only have to browse the MRC news and forum archives (and our email inboxes) to see that nothing could be further from the truth. We are not very co-operative when people call us names and demand ridiculous things for no particular reason whatsoever, though, which is what we feel has happened between GuyveR800 and the MRC. As this entire situation highly demotivated us in continuing with the MRC, we decided it had to come to a stop when GuyveR800 went way out of line once again, without any intention of taking anything he said back. You have probably noticed the MRC forums have become a lot less agressive ever since. As with GLC, it is a shame it all had to come to this, but I feel I have done everything I could to prevent it from happening.
I won't point out the errors in this reply, because I wasn’t actually there. But I think I can suffice to say that this is only one side of the story, in a certain interpretation of the events. Guess we heard both sides, then.
As in the above mentioned thread, MRC answers are extremely defensive and aren't open to any suggestion when they feel that their approach of the reality could be in serious danger if all the sides of the reality should be examined by a third party.
As we say in French : "Seule la vérité blesse"
well well, can't wait to post a reply...
