Re. 4 GB SD cards, I’ll have to check the capacity of my SD cards at home, but I think as long as it’s regular SD (SDSC) and not SDHC or SDXC it should work.

Not really, until someone implements something in FPGA, but there are not many LE (logic elements) left in the FPGA so I wouldn’t get your hopes up about that. On the Zemmix Neo the first USB port is also wired to act like one of those USB->PS/2 adapter plugs, for keyboards that natively support both USB and PS/2, however most USB keyboards don’t support PS/2 anymore nowadays.

So, either get a keyboard that natively supports PS/2 (and comes with one of those adapter plugs), or get one of those USB->PS/2 converters.
