This might not be only good thing... In this part of world most of the MSX1 computers had only 1 cartridge slot, but most of the machines had 64KB of RAM.

Imho the PSG sound is fine. I don't think v9990 games MUST have moonsound/opl4 music.. there is always something like creative freedom
