Top Played MSX Games

Advance-and-retreat actually does work really well too, but the timing differs for each enemy, so you kind of have to learn the ins and outs of the particular foe you're fighting if you want to use that method.

In a lot of cases, though, it's a more reliable way to defeat an enemy without getting hit -- works extraordinarily well against the skeletons with the dual blades, for example, since you can count on them always swinging at you three times right after getting hit, giving you ample opportunity to dodge.

Yup. The games I added this month were all "oldies". It has been a quite month without any "new" games I could add. But we've seen some great MSXdev releases! this year!
