Very interesting, curious to see that Nemesis 1 Enhanced consistently tops the list! I personally would rather play Salamander Enhanced, but I guess people like to see the original Nemesis! 
The location on this list also has to do a lot with incomming links from the internet. And the Nemesis 1 release got quite a lot of attention on some Asian sites which gave a lot of traffic

ROFL Well, I didn't take the time to watch everything, but he was able to tell quite some stuff that didn't make sense. I understood that he said Manbow 2 was an unfinished proto by Konami finished by fans (???). And I'm not sure but is he saying that the SCC Version of Metal Gear is a Konami remake? ROFL...
Oh... And he should stop smoking and/or mute his microphone when coughing...
