Those are Colecovision ROMs, adapted for MSX. You need a special cardtridge to launch them (Musical Memory Mapper).

I choose the .cas file
then unpacking
I select the unpacked file and do "return"
then MENU and start
the game does not start

Looks like my upload script does not work anymore (the version I made yesterday has not been updated on my website).

Ok,try to download again.

Important: check that inside the ZIP file, SR.COM has size 30787 and has date 2019-03-14 22:24.

Finally it looks more like a server refresh issue... that's weird, not the first time this problem has been reported to me.

it's better I do not know if it's good
as there is one cas file this game does start
as there are two or more cas files then
it starts charging but does not end, there is no game

Yes, lots of .CAS files are not working with SofaRun because cassette is emulated. ROMs and DSKs are working way better, but for .CAS files, the only workaround is to write them to a real tape recorder, and then load them manually (that can be done with SofaRun, see here, maybe the most boring video I ever made *_* ).
