I'm looking for an MSX2. Since I only have a Spectravideo 728 so far, any MSX2 would work. If you have one in Australia I would love to hear from you.

I am trying to avoid getting one from Japan as I am not sure they will work on our TV's. I had bought one from The Netherlands, but it has a problem with the video that may have been caused by damage in shipping, not sure, so I'm trying to find something local.

Thanks!

Hey Ryan, I am not selling any, but I wonder which state you are living in. I'm in SA. Cheers!

I’m in Brisbane! Glad to see there is more than one of us! I know of another in Tasmania too.

Japanese machines run well in the Netherlands and I'm quite sure Electric Adventures runs some Dutch Philipses as well. You might have had a bit of bad luck with your previous machine.
What MSX was it, by the way? If you use a modern flat panel, do know that RGB is the only way to go. s-video is kind of accepted as well. Any other format will look horrible on a modern screen. Not every MSX has RGB (iirc all MSX2 machins do) and not all screens accept RGB.

It’s a Philips 8235. I’m going to try get something else as well as fix it. It will be a lot to learn but worth it.
