Just redownload, that should have been fixed!
Yes, you have to disable the "FM detection" in the settings if you do not have an FM-PAC extenstion on your MSX (that way, you'll get the standard sounds). The Playsoniq does not have an internal FM-PAC chip, it can just translate the ports to the MSX FM-PAC.
This is on an A1-ST Turbo R, which should have an FM-PAC built-in. Does that suggest something is wrong with the FM detection algorithm?
Have you plugged the audio out of the ST on the audio input of the Playsoniq ?
That was it. Sorry, it's been so long since I used the Playsoniq, I'd forgotten about that detail.
Anyway, thanks so much for doing this work. You've managed to rehydrate an awesome bit of hardware that used to be kind of painful to use.
@Louthrax: That was it, thanks! Re-Downloaded and now GameMaster2 works!!
I just copied all the new files into the old sofarun directory, except the sr.ini file, i use the original ini from sofarun 6.0
No when i start Sofarun, i see the new logo, and sofaruns start in the a: drive, but if i want to swith to the e: drive (games) that doesnt work, the cursor goes to the app directory.
But when i exit sofarun, and go to the e:drive and start sofarun again, then i'm in the e:drive (games)
I tried again to put Sofarun7, still the same error as i quoted
I checked the autoexec.bat, with "list autoexec.bat"

I'm going back to v6.1 at the moment
@OFFTOPIC: v7 works perfect (at this moment) on the zemmix, even the Sega-SG-1000 games
@Louthrax:
Is there any way to load Auf Wiedersehen Monty .CAS on an MSX2+ using Sofarun?
Manic Miner .CAS works great, but Monty just stays on a blue screen, no matter what settings I try.
Also, is it possible to select several .DSK files from SofaRun and insert them simultaneously? For playing games like Xak, Ys3 etc...

.CAS files have the lowest "compatibility rate" in SofaRun. There are many causes for that (the emulation and also the memory management of the games themselves). That can sometimes be solved with some pokes in the BASIC loader. I have not investigated to Monty, but maybe someone has an idea here ?

SofaRun has no multiple selection mechanism, but you can concatenate the DSKs in a single file. SofaRun will recognize that you have several disks and allow the switching. The advantage is that you have less entries in your ZIP file or directory. Let me know if you need help to concatenate disks (there are also distribution of DSK sets on the web with already concatenated images...)

Hi Hypersoft,
I have not really investigated, but are your drives "contiguous" - do you have "holes", or non existing drives, between A: and E: ? That could explain the problem.
I do not exactly know what you mean Louthrax, with "holes".
