Hello total MSX n00b here so excuse my ignorance.
A long time ago I watched this video on making music with the MSX:
https://vimeo.com/50286164
..and was inspired to get one for experimenting with FM and tracking at home.
Eventually I got a secondhand Philips 8250, a music module cartridge (also a monstersound FM paq cartridge, a Toshiba HX-MU900 cartridge) and purchased a SD-512 cartridge for the purpose of installing & running the moonblaster tracking program.
Life, death, a child et cetera and a year later the hardware still sits unused here in the retro corner, until today where I've tried to get stuff working through checking out some youtube videos and googling.
Unfortunately, after following the exact same steps as the mister in below video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q9U-g0sz388
I'm a little clueless on why I don't see a "A:\>" prompt like in the video?
The card is working, as I can see an increase in ram memory to 640KB during boot and this screen shortly after;

Though eventually ends in the following screen:

No A:\> to be seen and I'm not familiar with the basic lingo to access the content of the SD-512 SD card / Sofarun.
Anyone got an idea what I'm doing wrong? Afaics the 2GB SD card is correctly formatted to Fat16 and I have done the exact same as the guy in the youtube video. Even without any card in the expansion slot I don't see an A:\> prompt, is this normal?
If there is a MSX expert in the vicinity of Nijmegen Netherlands willing to help, you're very welcome! If this all fails I'll probably look for a way to write a disk with moonblaster on it and figure out a way outside of fancy SD card reading :) .
