Description

The Logitec QDM-01 is a Quick Disk Drive with interface to be inserted in a cartridge slot. It was manufactured and sold by Kanto Deshi Corporation under the brand Logitec. This company is currently still active as Kanto Electronics Corporation.

The drive comes from Mitsumi Electric Corporation that developed and sold its QD drives only as OEM (original equipment manufacturer).

The interface has its own 2kB SRAM and a 8kB ROM with version 1.1 of QuickDisk BASIC.

The Logitec QDM-01 was sold in Japan. It exists in black or grey. The package includes an AC adapter. Official price was ¥34,800.
