The PHC-28L is a MSX1 with a Z80A from Sharp (LH0080A). Compared to the model PHC-28S, the RAM is extended to 64kB but the expansion bus has been removed.
Compared to the model MPC-5, this machine has more RAM, a printer port has been added and the RF output replaced by a RGB output.
